About Harry Hurley
Harry Hurley has worked for Control Data/Ceridian for 28 years; he retired last March as Director of Telecom and IT. Harry currently is a professor at St. Mary’s University in their Masters Degree program in IT, and chairs the Twin Cities Video Users Group. He holds a Masters Boaters license and captains a 40 foot charter pontoon boat on Lake Minnetonka. Harry is also a licensed professional Golf instructor, and is the Head Golf Pro at Bluff Creek Golf Course in Chanhassen.

About Gary Siefert
Gary is a senior network and telecom manager with 15+ years of success developing and managing global communications solutions that reduce costs and improve profitability. He is a dynamic and resourceful team leader with a demonstrated ability to develop and reshape employee skill sets to meet current and future business demands. Translate business strategies into final product designs while introducing and leveraging new technologies to achieve measurable performance gains. Gary has extensive experience implementing Avaya, Cisco, Aspect, and Nortel system solutions. He has driven two companies through global WAN and VoIP implementations resulting in dramatic telecom cost reductions.

About Steve LaRock
VP of Network Services for TCF Financial Corporation for past 12 years. He is responsible for all aspects of network planning, management, and operations, including telecom vendor relationship/contract management as well as telecom expense management. Steve manages staff of 26 analysts and engineers and a $9+ million annual telecom budget. He is an active member of the Communications Technology Association of MN, and Vice President of the association.

In 2002 we worked with a local consultant (TMC) to established a telecom billing audit process to help control expenses and uncover billing errors. Since its inception the process has uncovered billing and provisioning errors saving TCF more than $1,000,000 . The program has been a huge success within TCF and has become a standard process for not only traditional telecom bills but also other expenses related to all areas of network services including conferencing services and equipment maintenance.
